Returns & Refunds Policy
This Return & Refund Policy shall be
applicable when you make any purchases or place orders on www.hobisports.com/
(hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding
agreement between you and Hobi Sports Sdn Bhd. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety,
then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. Besides this,
you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may
return the same, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable
laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred
to as, “Applicable Laws”).
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms
& Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.
- Acceptance of this Policy By placing an order with
us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be
bound by this Policy.
- Product Description

Description: We use
our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of
all the products listed on our Website. However, we do not warrant that such
description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
o Quick view type
feature: We may offer a quick view type feature for
various products listed on our Site. This feature allows you to view price
information about the product and add the product to your cart without opening
the product page. This feature is for your convenience only. In case, you want
full details about a particular product, please visit the product page.
- Pricing Disclaimer We endeavour to provide
accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products
listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Hobi Sports reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product
whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a
result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or
other written communication. Besides this, Hobi
Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in
the stated retail price of the concerned Product. We may also update the
prices of the Products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
- Returns and Refunds
o
Return
Window: We, at Hobi Sports believe in delivering quality. Therefore, if
you have received a false, incomplete or damaged order, then you can raise a
return/exchange request within a period of 10 (ten) days from
the delivery date. You are required to mention a reason for your return and
send us a proof of damage in the product. After that, we will go through your
request, and upon our satisfaction, will either accept a return or an exchange
(at our sole discretion). You shall be responsible to ship the item
back and bear the return shipment cost. Post this period of 7 days, your
order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return or
exchange request. You can raise your return/exchange request by writing to us
at sales@hobisports.com.

Condition
of Return: Item(s)
must either be damaged during delivery, defective, non-functionable as stated, or
wrongly sent. You must send us a picture clearly showing the damage in the
product. Accepting the return or exchange request based on your reasons is at
our sole discretion, and we may refuse to do the same if we find your reason to
be ingenuine or claim to be false.
o
Items
that cannot be returned: The
discounted items or the items that were purchased in sale are not entitled to
be returned, and are only entitled to an exchange, subject to our approval.
o
Return
Shipment: You
shall be responsible to ship back product back to us with proper protection of
the product. Hobi Sports will refund you and bear all
the cost and expenses of the return shipping if the mistake was from our side.
Otherwise, you need to bear all the cost and expenses of the return shipping.
o
Return Request and Refund: In case of your
return request acceptance, Please ship the product back to us and allow us to
get back to you within a period of 7 (seven) business days from your
request date. After we have received your product, we will examine the product
within another period of 3 (three) business days from the
receipt of the product by us. It
is only upon our satisfaction of your satisfying of all the conditions of the
return, that you would be entitled to a refund. YOUR REFUND WILL BE
CREDITED AS A CREDIT IN YOUR HOBI SPORTS’S ACCOUNT WITHIN A PERIOD OF ANOTHER 7
– 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE WE APPROVE YOUR RETURN/REFUND REQUEST. You cannot
redeem such credit for cash, and the same can only be redeemed for purchase of
other products on www.hobisports.com/. In case that we are unable to process your refund in your
original payment method, we will contact you to discuss the refund options.
Under no circumstances can items purchased as final Sale be returned. Moreover,
in case of refunds, only the actual amount paid to us by you for the product at
the time of checkout will be credited in your Hobi
Sports account.
- Reservation of Right
o
We may, in
our sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain
circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product that you wish to
purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, if we suspect the request is
fraudulent, or in other circumstances that we, in our sole discretion, deem
fit.
o
We also
reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take such steps as may be reasonably
necessary to verify your identity for processing your order.
o
We will
either, not charge you, or refund the charges for orders that we cancel or do
not process.
o
Without
limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i)
revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission;
and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product
descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to
issue any notice of such changes.
