Returns & Refunds Policy
Generally, all our products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. We maintain the utmost care in checking the condition of our products and carefully packing them prior to dispatch. However, there are times when errors occur or our products may contain certain manufacturing defects unbeknownst to us. If you happen to encounter them, do read our Returns & Refunds policy below for further information.
I received the wrong item/my product was damaged during delivery. What should I do?
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number for us as reference. You are required to include an image if the product you received was suspected to be damaged during delivery. If the mistake was from our end, we will proceed to send out the correct item, or offer you a refund upon return of our product. In this case, we will also refund you the delivery fee for the return.
How many days am I given to return a product?
We accept returns of our products within a period of 7 days from date of product received. If 7 days have passed and we do not receive a request for a refund or return notification from you, we are no longer able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For what reasons can I return an item?
We will accept returns (within a period of 7 days from date of product received) with the conditions and requirements below:
Conditions for a valid return:
- • Item is damaged during delivery
- • Item is defective and does not function as stated
- • Customer received the wrong item (wrong colour/size etc.)
- • Item must not be a sales item. We will only refund regular priced items.
- • Reason for return has to be valid and all conditions for returning an item are met.
Requirements for a valid return:
- • Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.)
- • Item must be unused and in same condition when received (original packaging etc.)
- • Image showing that product was damaged during delivery
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return your product, please follow the steps below:
- 1. Pack all items together with invoice into a secure box or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure proper protection of the product within. Return of improperly packed product may be refused. If you have lost the invoice, please contact us by email email@example.com
- 2. All returns are to be shipped to the address below:

- 3. You are responsible for the tracking and safety of the return parcel. If we do not receive the product, we are unable to process a refund to you.
What forms of refunds do you provide?
At this moment, we only provide refunds via bank transfer.
When will I receive the refund?
After we have received your return item, we will evaluate the product. Evaluation can take up to 3 business days. An email will be sent to notify you that evaluation has been completed and if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund via bank transfer into your account. You can expect to receive your refund within a period of 7-14 business days.
Will I be refunded for the return shipping cost?
We will reimburse the shipping cost if the product received is:
- • Defective,
- • Damaged,
- • or if we sent you the wrong item
I received the item as a gift. Can I still return it for a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept exchange of items, gift or otherwise, for cash or store credit. We would suggest you regift the item to a friend or family member.
